The SpeakUpSis® Awards, organized by Speak Up Sis, LLC, is an annual event that honors everyday women making extraordinary contributions in their communities. The awards aim to recognize and celebrate these women’s stories and achievements, providing them with encouragement as they continue their purposeful journeys.
The 2025 SpeakUpSis® Awards Ceremony & Dinner Gala is scheduled for Sunday, September 7, 2025, in Augusta, Georgia. The nomination period opens on February 17, 2025, and runs through March 30, 2025. Finalists will be notified by April 27, with public voting taking place from May 1 to May 15. The awards encompass 13 categories, each highlighting different facets of impactful contributions, such as the “Speak Up Sis Award” for women who have overcome significant obstacles and now assist others through sharing their stories, and the “Positivity Sis Award” for women who maintain a positive outlook even during challenging times.
